The Gentleman Cat
How did we get Quigley? His original owner, Chris, tells the story:
“After fourteen years of tireless and dedicated service, Quigley has earned his gold watch and is retiring to Ballard! Originally I was coming back to Seattle to grab him and introduce him to Brooklyn, but his three-week temporary stay went so well he can skip the trauma of transcontinental relocation.
“Thanks to my awesome friend Karen for giving Quigley a chance to spend his last couple years in a green backyard instead of a plain white box sandwiched between an arterial and a BQE offramp. You’ll be missed more than you know (seriously, I don’t think he’ll know that he’s missed. He’s a cat. He does food, naps, and litter boxes, not reminiscing).”
